What is YookPo?
The word “yukpo” (육포), pronounced yūk-poh, means “jerky” in Korean. Traditionally in Korea, yukpo has a wide variety of preparation methods and styles. Our version of yukpo combines Asian and American ingredients, flavors, and techniques to achieve jerky that’s packed with bold and unique flavors that bring out the best of traditional Asian cuisine. We use wholesome ingredients and meticulous preparation methods that are found in a typical Asian household. The patience, care, and attention to detail are what make all the difference when it comes to YookPo.

Man o man, as a lover of Jerky this is a step above ANYTHING else I've had including the jerky I make on my own. The grass fed beef gives it such a tender but jerky like experience and the flavors are outstanding. I've tried the Korean BBQ flavor and the spicy and sticky flavor. I will 100% be ordering more! This is the complete package! From the presentation/packaging to the delicious flavor everything is spot on. I've never come across a packaging where the opening rip is so clean and straight. It has the perfect blend of sweet and spicy flavors. It's like eating Korean BBQ ribs on the go!
